BACKGROUND
James I. Miller,
MAI, SR/WA is a Realtor and Broker/associate with Prudential
Sterling Properties, Inc. in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. He has
been a Florida Real Estate Broker for the past 35 years.
Mr. Miller comes
from a fifth generation mid-west agricultural family; earned a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and International Economics
from Bowling Green University in Ohio and a Master of Science Degree
in Real Estate Finance and Management from Florida International
University in Miami, Florida.
He is a former
Adjunct Faculty Member with Seminole State College in Sanford,
Florida where he taught a variety of courses in the Principles of
Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal and Home Inspection.
Mr. Miller’s
background and experience include the acquisition and appraisal of
lands throughout the State of Florida with special emphasis on
Agricultural Land throughout the State as well as Commercial and
Coastal Waterfront Properties along the East Coast of Florida
including Brevard and Indian River Counties. He is a well known
authority on the acquisition and valuation of Environmentally
Sensitive Lands and Perpetual Conservation Easements. As a former
Director of Real Estate for the St. Johns River Water Management
District he acquired over $100 Million of Land for Preservation on
behalf of the Citizens of the State of Florida.
